I was getting curious as to why Obama, has been dethroning the heir apparent, Hillary Clinton, and gaining such a wide following. You can’t even turn on the news without seeing his face blasted on every news channel.

a man who can mesmerize the masses, talking of standing up to organized money, to lobbyists, special interests, but his whole political apparatus is made of members of the same globalist organizations that most of Bush`s administration is made up of, except this time the stated agenda is CHANGE & YES WE CAN

The mantle is being passed, and it seems that Henry Kissinger`s associate, and one worlder
Zbigniew Brzezinski, along with David Rockefeller, the co-founders/directors of the Trilateral Commission,a group an institution that openly declares itself a supranational government on their website, is going to have their very own puppet to play with, as well as massive powers that Bush signed onto

The change that is coming, comes in the form of doubled foreign aid, carbon taxes, poverty taxes in the form of 0.7% of the GDP, and thats just for starters, increasing the size of the military, expanding the theatres of operations, the expansion of surveillance…who even knows what will happen between now and then

The open dismantling of the US, the merging of the North American Union, and really the dawn of the RFID tracking age. A President of the world’s dying superpower will have to oversee the transition into biometric scanning and a cashless society

Do you think anyone will by it from Bush? of course not, but you can be absolutely sure Obama will sell this system to everyone, and grab those guns as fast as he can.

I’ve spent much time watching his speeches, listening to his words, watching his mannerisms, bringing crowds to fever pitch frenzy, with a media campaign behind him that no money can buy, thanks to links and connections that almost ensure his victory as Democratic nominee, having Hilary retain a Dick Cheney type position.

If you think you put up with tyranny under the Bush administration, you can just imagine what’s ahead.

Makes me wonder if some sort of ‘world leader’ anti-christ type situation will develop, with the elite making the big moves for everything.

Why I know Barack Obama is a phony

June 21, 2008 by wethepeople1787
If Barack Obama knew anything about the problems plaguing this country, he would not accept Zbigniew Brzezinski as foreign policy advisor. Listen to Mike Ruppert’s classic 2001 analysis of Brzezinski. Then go to google video and watch “The Truth and Lies of 9/11″.

If you are so inclined, please upload your own german-accented Brzezinski quote and post it as a video response. Here is the infamous Brzezinski quote: “Moreover, as America becomes an increasingly multicultural society, it may find it more difficult to fashion a concensus on foreign policy issues, except in the circumstances of a truly massive and widely perceived direct external threat.”

Obama strongly supports the expansion of American ground forces

June 21, 2008 by wethepeople1787

A Black Agenda Radio Commentary by BAR Executive Editor Glen Ford

“Obama strongly supports the expansion of American ground forces by adding 65,000 new soldiers to the Army and 27,000 Marines.”

BARobamapoints Barack Obama has delivered the third of his long national security speeches, and has once again revealed that he is an imperialist at heart. Speaking at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, Obama envisioned a century in which the U.S. would “lead the world in battling immediate evils and promoting the ultimate good.” Battling “evil”…”promoting the ultimate good” - sounds very much like George Bush’s rationale for doing whatever the United States pleases in the world, under the assumption that the Americans know what the “ultimate good” is.

Of course, Obama also called for more respect for the United Nations and other international institutions, and for increased efforts to forge alliances whenever the U.S. finds it necessary to go to war. But that’s all empty talk, a cover for his real intention to increase U.S. capacity to meddle in other people’s affairs. The U.S., he says, “must maintain the strongest, best-equipped military in the world in order to defeat and deter conventional threats.” The United States already spends more on war-fighting capacity than all the other nations on the planet, combined! The U.S. maintains 730 military installations in 50 countries around the globe!. But that’s not enough for Barack Obama, who calls for an enhanced “ability to put boots on the ground.” He told the Chicago foreign policy crowd he strongly supports the expansion of American ground forces by adding 65,000 new soldiers to the Army and 27,000 Marines. In other words, while Obama gives lip service to disentangling most - although by no means all - U.S. troops from Iraq, as president he would send them elsewhere and add nearly one hundred thousand more to the mix.

“All Obama really promises is to be a better, smarter imperialist.”

This is not a man of peace: this is an imperialist bent on further U.S.BARkucinichConyersCapitolGood expansionism. Obama pratters on about the need to avoid “bullying” other countries - but bullying is precisely what armies, navies and air forces are all about. Obama talks sweetly but wants to carry an even bigger stick than George Bush. All he promises is that he will be more judicious and thoughtful in using that bigger stick. History shows such promises are never sincerely made, and are never, ever kept.

There is only one peace candidate in the Democratic primary race: Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich. He’s the only one that actually voted against giving Bush War Powers in 2002, the only one to vote against providing another nearly $100 billion for the war, this year, and the only one who categorically rejects going to war with Iran. Only Kucinich would withdraw all U.S. troops from Iraq and withdraw the more than 100,000 U.S. “contractors” - a euphemism for American mercenaries paid for with U.S. tax dollars. Obama and the other candidates say nothing about these soldiers of fortune, although they are an integral part of the U.S. war machine.

Barack Obama is busy trying to prove that he is a statesman. There is no reason to doubt that he wants to run the American state, and for the Americans to run the world. All Obama really promises is to be a better, smarter imperialist - one with a much bigger military, if anybody decides to disagree. That’s the definition of an imperial statesman.

I don’t like barack obama because he looks to his right when he talks

June 21, 2008 by wethepeople1787

Prove me wrong. Go to CNN.com and watch any barack obama videos, and you will notice that every time he talks he is looking to his right 90% of the time.

I might be old-fashion, but would you trust someone who talks when he does NOT look you in the eye?

Check this out:

Barack Obama is very shrewd. He uses the frustration in the American against the current tough times to fuel his campaign. Didn’t you notice that he always uses THEY when he talks about everybody else? That’s it! He thinks he is the best, and everyone else is “they”. He uses fear to control the American people. He injects fear into anyone who gets in his way to the White House. He has no moral. He is a phony!

I know I DON’T LIKE BARACK OBAMA all along. Now I finally realize why Barack Obama rubs me the wrong way: Barack Obama is a fake phony!

Mark my word you people who fall for this phony, you vote for Barack Obama, you take the consequences! I can proudly put a pumper sticker on my car which says: “I DIDN’T VOTE FOR OBAMA!”

Why African-Americans should not vote for Barak Obama.

May 18, 2008 by wethepeople1787

Many of you will read this post everyday (because I will post everyday I can post it) until Barak chooses a Christian running mate or he answers the questions: What has God told him about running for President and why did he allow others to puff him up to speak bad about a man of God?

Why African-Americans should not vote for Barak Obama. Pt 1                  Someone asked me, a Christian black ex-sinner (a man who messed up in his youth), why aren’t you voting for Barak Obama? I simply told them that I didn’t believe in the man. They said, are you voting Republican then? I told them, I just might if Hillary Clinton doesn’t somehow get on board with him. Wow, they said! I told them, it came down to two things for me. The first one: Barak Obama reminds me too much of the Barak in Judges Chapter 4, a man who history gave the credit for winning a battle but a man who didn’t get the credit by God. By this I mean that Barak never wanted to run in the first place for the President of the United States of America, he heard about Hillary Clinton beginning to ponder on entering the race and he was convinced by those around him to enter into the race. A man that does not have God as his central guide should not be given a place of power. Every man, because that who the Presidents were, relied on God, the Word of God to guide this country. I believe the Bible is clear in Judges Chapter 4: in the absence of a qualified man, a qualified woman immediately must take the reigns; don’t elect an unqualified man into power because its just trouble.                The second thing that I said was, having a President who fears God is the most important thing to me in times like these. In this country we pride ourselves on religious tolerance, Christians accept non-Christians in this country because they wrote it in the Constitution of the United States; however, they wrote it in the Constitution because they knew that it took the power of God to accept others in their country. Let us take a lesson ahead of the election from 1st Samuel 8, the children of Israel set the path to their nation’s destruction by voting a man into power that possessed some great stature. They didn’t know he would be all about the power and bring them to a point of almost destruction. They thought he would rally them all together to fight their enemies. This man, Saul, was later found not to even respect the Word of God or the prophet of God.                          Why African-Americans should not vote for Barak Obama. pt 2      And although this very prophet had guided him spiritually through many problems in his elected life, a man that all people knew was anointed by God, Samuel the prophet, this man shrugged his noise up at him and did the opposite of what he said, what God said. Matthew 10: 40-41 in the New International Version of the Bible states it best:                 He who receives you receives me, and he who receives me receives the one who                 sent me. Anyone who receives a prophet because he is a prophet will receive a                 prophet’s reward, and anyone who receives a righteous man because he is a                 righteous man will receive a righteous man’s reward. What’s the flip side of this? In all that we know in this country about the plight (trouble) of children of Israel, how can we inter-mix other religious ideas into our government now? Is Barak even going to church? Who will give Barak Obama the Word of God now, now that he has publicly shamed his own pastor? Will even our legendary Bill Graham be able to talk to him about the Word? Someone ask Pastor Graham what he thinks? Remember, if you are not getting the Word of God you are getting the word of human and the word of … That’s my answer to you and to you that read these words. She’s been down and she’s been up but she has never forgotten God even when she sinned or had trouble in her life. We all fall short but we never talk about the Lord’s person when they are doing the Lord’s work. In the Old Testament many prophets and priest spoke out about the country, condemning it badly. Barak should of never spoke about Pastor Wright. He should of let the Lord our God deal with him if he is saying something wrong: Please read the difference in dealing with Pastors in Numbers 12, 22, and 20:11 – 13 & Deuteronomy 32: 48-52.Barak this is for you: Proverbs 1:1-7 Why African-Americans should not vote for Barak Obama. pt 3                The proverbs of Solomon son of David, king of Israel: 2 for attaining wisdom and discipline; for understanding words of insight; 3 for acquiring a disciplined and prudent life, doing what is right and just and fair; 4 for giving prudence to the simple, knowledge and discretion to the young-  5 let the wise listen and add to their learning, and let the discerning get guidance- 6 for understanding proverbs and parables, the sayings and riddles of the wise. 7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline. And Barak this what you have portrayed to our youth For the sake of Martin Luther King, don’t elect Barak Obama the next President of the United States of America. African-Americans from the time of slavery have relied on God (when they accepted God) to get through their struggles. I believe Barak Obama thumbs his noise up at everything our ancestors struggled for in this life. How many Ministers, Pastors, and ordinary Christians prayed for better days to come and how many times over did God answer their prayers. It might have taken centuries to come to those days but he heard their cries and brought them into a better time like the children of Israel getting let into the land of milk and honey. If we elect Barak Obama as our next President, the dream of Martin Luther has not been accomplished because he never had a dream of destroying our faith to make that dream become a reality. I believe he never would of wanted the African-American people to see an African-American person rise to the top by separating himself from the very thing that caused him achieve equality, God. To me Barak Obama has set the stage for all to see: An African-American man may reach the top by denouncing God.   Why African-Americans should not vote for Barak Obama. pt4 If Obama is elected, many African-American women and men (especially the young black men who are going through a hard times now) will begin to believe that denouncing the very people that prayed for our doors to be open on equality can be disregarded because we have entered into a new era in our society. I say to you, “say no to Obama, yes to Clinton or its McCain” because such great a model of rejection cannot and should not be tolerated in African-American community or by the Christian people of the world.     How a Christian person (I underscore Christian person) should vote is by the Word of God. I use nothing but the Word of God to back up my points. I understand Pastors make mistakes but I leave it up to God to correct them. I state my concerns to them and leave it at that. If I feel the spirit of God saying this church is not right for you I seek God to find another church that is right for me, it’s called growth. Some Pastors preach simple messages while other preach conceptual messages. We must all look inside of ourselves 2see if the person who we are voting for represents God &not human beings. God must approve of this man but what he has shown(read the scriptures in my other post) I don’t think he is right. A simple post will not due! A post with some spiritual insight must be given! And not just rhetoric! Here a scripture: 1 Chronicles 28:2    King David rose to his feet and said: “Listen to me, my brothers and my people. I had it in my heart to build a house as a place of rest for the ark of the covenant of the LORD, for the footstool of our God, and I made plans to build it. But God said to me, ‘You are not to build a house for my Name, because you are a warrior and have shed blood.’  Barak Obama is a great man but because he allowed the people to puff him up &say bad things about the pastor nationally I believe Christian (I underscore Christian) people should not vote for him; anyone else may vote for him because they use a different standard. Christian’s are to use the Word of God as their standard. In 1 Chronicles 28:2 Why African-Americans should not vote for Barak Obama. pt5

David had reached the pentacle of greatness but he could not do what he wanted too. How much more of a man who publicly condemns a man of God! I forgive Barak as Christ said we should forgive those who have offended us but that doesn’t mean that he becomes Christian/A.A. model’s to get to the top. God forgave David but he could not go on to build the very thing he wanted the most, the temple of God. All I ask is that we don’t vote for him until we here what God has told him.

The constitution of the U.S. allows me to speak on this site:Amendment 1 - Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression. Ratified 12/15/91.Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. The Lord wants us to reason with him so why don’t we reason with each other and not judge:

Isaiah 1:18
“Come now, let us reason together,” says the LORD. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool. If you care to post a rebuttal, please place some scriptures on the blog to back up your comments. I mention: Judges Chapter 4; 1st Samuel 8; Matthew 10: 40-41; Numbers 12, 22, and 20:11 – 13; Deuteronomy 32: 48-52; Proverbs 1:1-7; 1 Chronicles 28:2; Isaiah 1:18. Christians are to vote using the wisdom of God. And as you read the other blogs see how many people don’t use the Word of God to back up their point, they only use their own thoughts. I, myself, won’t vote for a man just because he is the same skin color; I’m worried about his spiritual color: devilish red or savior white.—-I want the spiritual truth Barak,Lorenzo

Barack Obama deleted my blog

Barack Obama deleted my blog. It is okay. Coming from him, I am not surprised. Be aware Americans, Barack Obama is using “white guilt” to get to the White House.

Here is the response from them:

people are for barack - not to get anything but to GIVE SOMETHING to help make life less difficult for those who are struggling and suffering -

the whites i know voting for barack [PLENTY] could care less that he is black - it’s extra points in that it will mean so much to a largely non-white world out there but it NEVER played a part in why i was watching him closely to see if he could be someone i could be for…

i’m for the obamas because of the way they talk to us as a people… and they have drawn MANY MANY wonderful people together - i LOVE the other obamanians - i am falling in love with my fellow Americans -

white guilt is something maybe from the 60s, 70s… but it’s Last Century… no one feels that anymore at a time when many of our most celebrated and distinguished men are black and beautiful women…

no one really cares anymore - another generation and this will be WELL behind us, i believe…

Barack Obama has gotten where he is by using the guilt in Americans

May 18, 2008 by wethepeople1787

Barack Obama deleted my blobGood morning America,

Who am I? I am a patriot living in the boondocks in Arizona. I am just an ordinary American like you.

First I would like to re-state what I wrote earlier in my We The People Blog:
“I am an American. I believe in good conscience, and I have sworn to defend the U.S. Constitution.

When it comes to the fate of our nation, the selection of the next president is of utmost importance. Well, we have a black presidential candidate. His name is Barack Obama.

However, nobody dares to speak up about the issue of a black president. Whatever you call it, a big elephant in the living room, the emperor’s new clothes, a taboo. American people are apprehended, or frightened, to say it.

I am saying it today, publicly and comprehensively, that I don’t want a black president. I don’t like Barack Obama because he is black.

There you have it America. I said it. No one else dared to say it. I did. And I stand behind my opinion.

Why I don’t want Barack Obama as our president?

1. I don’t think he understand what people want. I mean the majority of the people. Barack Obama is black. There are fundamental differences in education and morals and family values between white families and black families. While I respect the black people’s right to maintain their own values, I don’t want a black person to make key decision in my life.
2. Barack Obama is all show. Barack Obama is a very good politician with a huge persona. He is very good at delivering speeches. However, behind the performance, there is hardly any substance. Have you noticed his pausing every time he tries to say something. That pause, gives me the chills every time. That pause is indication that he is thinking what to say. He is very crafty. Barack Obama always tries to say something he think the audience like to hear. Barack Obama is a showman.
3. Barack Obama never satisfactorily answer questions about any issues. Every time he was asked of an issue, he throws out the “hope” word and the “change” word. And that’s it. He never convinced me that he knows how to deal with the issues, including oil prices, economy, Iraq war, education, health care, or immigration. He does not know the answer. He only knows how to please the audience that’s all.

So here you have it America. I said it. I don’t like Barack Obama because he is black. I don’t trust Barack Obama and I don’t like him. I know a lot of Americans feel hurt and betrayed by the Bush government and they are sick of it. They want someone new. And how naive! Americans are falling for Barack Obama simply because there is no other options. Barack Obama is not your man. Barack Obama is just another bullshitting politician trying to get your vote. Don’t trust him.”

After the blog was posted, within just a few minutes, I received fierce response from Obama supporters. I was called a racist, I was called a Hillary Clinton supporter, I was called a McCain supporter, and all of a sudden I was call a Nazi.

This is how Barack Obama has gotten where he is. Anyone who disagrees with Barack Obama is a racist and their voice is automatically and systematically muted. He runs for the U.S. presidency not on a platform of hope or change, he is running it on a platform of guilt.

The American people are children of pilgrims. Our founding fathers left Europe for the new world to escape oppression. Freedom and liberty are in our blood. This laid the foundation for our natural believe of equality and our innate detest for prosecution based on race, religion or social status. Over the years, Americans witnessed the savage killings of Native American Indians and experienced World War II, especially the racial cleansing of Nazi Germany. A guilt for being the white race has formed. Americans are troubled by the guilt and are subconsciously awaiting the opportunity to redeem themselves.

Barack Obama knows this guilt. His mother being white and father being black, Barack Obama has been the feel good story of his time. Growing up he has seen things very easy for him whenever he plays the guilt card…no white man is going to get in his way when he lays his guilt cards on the table.

Wake up America. The country is in turmoil. Our economy is at the brink of bankruptcy. We need a president who has the experience in dealing with economy issues and bring our country back to the strongest in the world.

Barack Obama is not qualified to take on U.S. Presidency. Barack Obama has gotten where he is by using the guilt in the white race to get what he want. Unfortunately a lot of intelligent people have fallen for his tactics. And worst of all, anyone who dares to raise questions agains Barack Obama is labeled racist.

I am going to end with a quote from H.L.Mencken:
“Moral certainty is always a sign of cultural inferiority. The more uncivilized the man, the surer he is that he knows precisely what is right and what is wrong. All human progress, even in morals, has been the work of men who have doubted the current moral values, not of men who have whooped them up and tried to enforce them. The truly civilized man is always skeptical and tolerant, in this field as in all others. His culture is based on ‘I am not too sure.’”

Do you feel better now? Are you better now that you confessed your sins of racial hatred and bigotry? Are you satisfied that you fit the profile of the minority in this country; a place where racists are a sad and dying breed?

Seeing as though you chose the most holiest day of the week to clear your conscious, have you spoken to God lately about this?

Actually, I found what you wrote kind of sad, because black people have always voted happily for a white person. They didn’t announce to the world that they didn’t want a white President. They listened to all sides and made their best choice in who would do the country the most good.

I am a black woman, and I hope you find God in your heart, because you won’t be allowed in heaven when you cast aside one of His children.

God bless you and keep you safe.

By the way, you are the first person that I’ve ever heard (outside of tv) making a outright racial slur towards a black person in all of my 44 years of life and 26 years of voting, and I still wish you much peace and happiness.

Wow! While you can say that African Americans and Whites do have different values and morals, it still does not mean that African Americans values and morals are secondary. If you did your research, you would know Barack isn’t even %100 black. So his white mother must have instilled bad morals in him huh? I pray for you because your ignorance is sad. I am African American, have one college degree and am about to have a doctorate. My morals are just fine. The only difference between me and you, besides skin color, is I proof read this blog before I pushed Submit! Hope you have a Blessed day.

You are wrong about people being afraid to say that they don’t want Barack as president because he’s black. I see it all over comments on aol and other places.

They state it in the clearest and most bigoted terms possible; just as you did. So don’t worry, you are not alone. There are plenty of other ignorant and racist people? as yourself.

The good news is that they are outnumbered by honest and clear thinking people who WILL vote for Obama whether he is black or they are white.

By BRGHTSD1 HOPE & COURAGE Today at 8:21 am EDT

Your points are baseless, your logic flawed…and you bigotry shows a basic error in the moral value and is against all of those values you say you have.

Still, I give you credit for being brave enough to voice these ignorant beliefs and observations somewhere besides in the confines of circles where you know you’ll be agreed with.

I suspect you were hoping for people to denegrate and be hateful toward you. I suspect you were hoping you’d get some hateful language back that you could use to promote, propogate and otherwise confirm that you are right in your ideolgoy. Maybe you’d share it with like minded friends and you could all feel superior in that “you told us”.

The bigotry point is confusing…do you only hate the black half of Barack Obama? Or do you hate the white half of him as well? Does that make you a self hating white man?

He (Obama) was raised by three white people primarily; so he was likely was instilled with what they valued…which apparently was inclusion and freedom of decision. I think that’s one of the basic tenants of our country’s founding isn’t it? Wasn’t there something on that statue in New York about huddled masses who yearned to be free? There wasn’t any language there about “only the whites need apply”…”except for anyone NOT like us”.

You’re entitled to opininon…even flawed.
You’re entitled to speak…even hateful speak.

Just remember that we are all reapers and sowers of our thoughts, our words and our actions. This is a spiritual truth….when you sow hate; that’s what you see everywhere and in everything. It’s simple really.

I wish blessings upon you. I pray that you’re pure and loving heart will out shine your fear and hate. I send the love of the one true God to you and ask that you be blessed in your coming and your going in all that you do and are.

Thank you for reminding me that there is still so far to go in our relating honestly with one another with love and understanding.

You see…it’s not about Barack Obama…it’s about US.

Sounds as though you may be grieving that your candidate lost the primary. It is hard when you’ve put your soul into a candidate.

Politics is always that way, some one wins, someone looses. It takes time to adjust to the reality.

Like we all felt in 2000 with the Gore loss.

Re: mourning a loss  |  Report to Admin

By Ugonna Wosu Today at 11:21 am EDT

why are you giving him so much credit? He stated clearly Barack’s RACE is an issue for him!!!

To the above poster, I’ve been to the CNN video page plenty and seen Barack give lengthy, knowledgeable answers about his solutions to the issues. I don’t get people who’ve never tried to pay attention saying that he doesn’t do that. Please watch one of his rallies, there’s no way he would have gotten this far by ONLY shouting “hope, change!! hope, change!” all the time. For you to suggest that is ludicrous.

Also, about his race. Please, with all due respect, step into the 21st century. I’m not going to waste time explaining why racism is wrong, its redundant at this point. You can either get used to him being our President or you won’t. Just know that if it happens, you’ll have to live with it.

The real change that we can believe in  |  Report to Admin

Wonderful, brilliant. I am delighted to finally have the opportunity to openly address this issue in the light of day. Until we create an honest and mutually respectful dialogue, there will be no progress. It all boils down to the issue of trust. It is now up to us.

Allow me to quote the words of our Founding Father, Patrick Henry when addressing a Tory in the Commonwealth of Virginia: “The difference between you and I, sir, is that while I disagree with everything you have just said, I will defend to the death your right to say it.”

Racial prejudice is merely an admission of pre-existing, deeply buried hatred and fears that fester deep within our souls. Only when this existential decay is brought into the light of honest social intercourse can there be any hope of cure.

As startling as it may first appear to us, by choosing to publicly announce his hate and fear this person has already admitted the nightmares that have haunted his soul far before he even knew that there was something called a black or a white person.

Either we support him in his sincere (albeit unconscious) attempt to embrace an empathetic, trusting and nurturing world that he instinctively seeks, or we foolishly choose to exploit this opportunity for healing as an excuse to act out our own deeply buried fear and hatred.

We can choose to grow together in a new world of our own creation, or we can continue to blindly struggle in the darkness of our internal hatred and feels. Isn’t this is really the change that we seek? A new world that we can then pass on to our progeny.

We must think out of the box. I propose a different model.

This man is a drunk. He has finally found a way to our AA meeting. He has stood up and declared that is his sincere belief that he is not a drunk. Instead he insists that it is we who fail to acknowledge that it is his God given right to drink himself straight into oblivion. The question now is, how are we fellow recovering drunks going to respond to him.

The choice is ours, not his.

You’re entitled to your opinion. But if the situation was reversed, if someone said that they don’t like you because you are from Arizona or you are white, how would you react to it? You have decided that you won’t like Barack Obama no matter what he says or does. It’s like someone is guilty till proven innocent. So it doesn’t matter what that person does and says. You’ve shaped your opinion about them. It’s what I call a close mindedness.
There has to be a paradigm shift in your perception and others like you. You’ve chosen to be narrow minded. But you are entitled to your point of view.

I’m not even going to deal with the racism in this post, because that’s a level of stupidity and ignorance that no post of mine is going to even scratch the surface of.

I will tell you my absolute FAVORITE part of your spew.

“Have you noticed his pausing every time he tries to say something. That pause, gives me the chills every time. That pause is indication that he is thinking what to say”

WHAT! Thinking before he speaks! You are right, that is TRULY dangerous. Can’t have that.

Kat,

After the chills, shame & sadness inpired by the first posts in this series,(and the admiration I felt for the responders) your message made
me laugh out loud. Thank you for that badly, badly needed chuckle!

I agree with you that the sight of Senator Obama actively THINKING during his speeches, exchanges, comments & and responses is more frightening & hate- provoking to some people than his color, his laid back Hawaiian manner, or his “exotic” name. And as to the exotic nature of his name - has any one been in a public school lately? The student roster in most schools & colleges these days contains names from all around the world. That could be why young people respond to Obama so frequently.

When I was young, we were taught in school to be proud of the US as “a melting pot”- because many of our or our friends parents or grandparents had immigrated and become citizens. And we were a richer nation for the contributions of all our citizens.

Now if we will just do a better job at
caring for and providing opportunity to citizens
below the top 1%. On to the election!

I’m really hoping that with the election of Senator Obama, people like you will finally realize that this way of thinking is just plain flawed. =(

Is your glass half full or half empty?

Did you know that BO is half white? So you won’t vote for half of him, regardless of what a great candidate he is?

Do you realize how foolish it is to base your support on the color of one’s skin? You would rather have how many years of war, how many lives lost, how many people lose their homes, how many people lose their jobs because BO is black???

I feel very sorry for you, and hope that someday people won’t be prejudiced against you becasue the don’t like bigots.

So that makes you a racist…  |  Report to Admin

Your comment is pretty pathetic, not to mention in poor taste. I will pardon your ignorance and pray that the wrath of God touches you in a way that impacts your life. Judgement day awaits you…

And before you write another blog airing your dirty laundry, check your grammar. The “fundamental differences in education” is showing.

Watch your thoughts…they become your words
Watch your words…they become your actions
Watch your actions…they become your character

Barack’s Mom is White as Yours  |  Report to Admin

By Carolyn Today at 10:43 am EDT

Dude. Barack Obama’s mother is white. He is biracial.

I think this undermines your basic premise of simply not liking him based on a race category that you have assigned him. His mother is the same color as yours and you probably have a lot more in common with Barack Obama than many African-Americans or the people you have assigned as being “black.”

Obama supporters are true believers in his message. If you came here to spread doubt or fear–you came to the wrong place.

We don’t buy into fear here and we especially block racism from our minds.

You represent everything that is wrong with this country: insecurity, cynicism and intolerance.

I hope that this experience will open your mind to the fact that we are not easily swayed. Obama supporters are for the most part highly intelligen individuals, even those with a lower education.

We all have a lot in common. We believe in the Constitution, so does Barack, he taught it and defends it, we believe that the time has come to change the way Washington works so this country can get out of the ditch it’s in, and Barack Obama is the person to get that job done. We believe that Barack Obama will surround himself with the best people in Washington and will listen to all voices, therefore, we trust that his decisions will produce results.

I hope that you get something from this experience, because you definitely are at a deficit right now. Do not think however that anyone of Obama’s supporters will stop supporting him because of anything you have written here. We are much more intelligent than that. Thank you.

Fools like you  |  Report to Admin

Unfortunately, there will always be fools like you who fail to recognize when a true gift is placed before them. Barack is that gift, it is up to you to see that. He will win this presidency, and get this country started on a new track; one that we can be proud of, one that will help regain the respect of the world that has been lost under the current administration. Get on the train, or watch us leave fools like you behind.

You wear your ignorance boldly on your chest, don’t you?
Different values??? Even if that were true, which it isn’t….His mother was WHITE and he was raised by his MOTHER and his WHITE grandparents.
His black father had NOTHING to do with his life.

You are an example of what is embarrassing about AMERICA.

Do you NOT understand that the WHOLE WORLD is rooting for Barack Obama?
If we elect this guy president our standing goes up in the world in an instant.
You are a racist and should be ashamed of yourself.

By cbn2 Today at 11:11 am EDT

Well, you get one point for honesty. However, the mindset you represent goes against my Christian faith and every other ideal which matters to me. Moreover, to put it simply, you do not represent the majority of Americans today. Possibly in a different decade, in a different century, you’d have represented more people. The bygone era which would have suited your principles best was probably Berlin eighty years ago. Unfortunately, I’m told time travel technology is impossible given our current technology, but you can buy a vintage uniform –complete with armband– on eBay.

In our secret hearts and deepest souls, the vast majority of Americans do NOT agree with you. Your racist outlook is NOT normal. You don’t have to take my word for it: this nation will show you in November.

Cast your own vote as you see fit. That’s how democracy works.

Chelsea 2-0 win over Man Utd

Extra-time goals from Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba won Chelsea the 2008 Champions League after a 2-0 defeat of Manchester United.

Lampard, playing his first game since the death of his mother last week, coolly slotted home a 98th-minute penalty and Drogba, who had opened the scoring in the first-half, sent Chelsea to the final with a timely second.
